Formed in 2005, the JW Group's principal function is to acquire, develop and construct real estate assets in the Southern Maine area where affordable and energy efficient housing demands have increased. This increased demand, coupled with the expertise from the JW Group’s members, defines the vision for the company’s future. The JW Group has and will continue to pursue residential transactions based on these principles while maintaining our strong community relations and integrity.
